I brought my BMW to Nu Way for three auto repair projects over the past couple years. First I used their paintless dent removal to remove a big dent in my front fender that been there for years because I thought would cost forture to get fixed. Donna gave me a very resonable quote, I scheduled the work and it was done in a few hours. It looked like new again.

My second repair was a bigger job with an insurance estimate that required a new door, body work on several panels and painting. Donna did a great job with keeping me up to date on the progress, and their team did a great job, with the end result was that my car looked better than before the accident.

The third repair was a smaller project, to adjust/rehang my rear bumper after a minor finder bender, which now looks new again.

I keep going back to Nu Way for a simple reason.........Trust. Because I know that when I bring my car to Donna and her husband at Nu Way, I know the job will get done right by their team. I know the quote will be resonsble and the project will be done on time if not early. I know that Nu Way stands behind their work 100%. I know that I will get the same level of fantastic, friendly customer service that makes me want to come back.

With so much to do every day, and then having to deal with an auto body repair, especially after an accident, it's wonderful to know there is a company that can be trusted to take care of it all.

I have been going to Nu-Way for the last 10 years atleast. I remember I went to them the first time when I was in high school and had a fender bender but was to scared to tell my parents. George fixed the car up in no time and had it looking better than it did before it was in an accident. Great service, awesome people that will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy.

This is an exceptionally good, auto-body center. They did a very nice job in repairing my Acura. They went beyond what was required and made my car look even better than before the accident. I have used several body shops before for other repairs and used to go to big-dealer operated places. They only have profits in mind. Nu Way is different. I would recommend this place highly and will keep them as the first place to go for a collision repair (if I ever need one but really hoping that I will never need to).

Nu Way Car Center is the place to go for your car repair needs. I have been using them for over 15 years and they have NOT disappointed . Donna have given excellent service in providing a rental car and taking care of all in insurance information. My car is always beautifully repaired. I won't be going anywhere else.

Nadine pretty much nailed it — this place has been getting it right for as long as I’ve been driving.  Not only do they do a great job with the repairs, the pricing is always reasonable, and they’re good at handling the logistical nightmare of dealing with my insurance company!  I once got rear-ended, and brought my car in on a Friday.  Insurance company tells me they won’t pay for a rental til Monday because the car is still ‘drive-able’.  George talks to them, and 10 minutes later, voila!  I have my rental, no problem.

I can’t say enough nice things about this place!  Trust me, people — good mechanics (much like good BBQ) are found in the little hole-in-the-wall establishments.

George, Donna and the rest of the Nu Way team are the best in town, hands down! I brought my car to them the first time this past May on recommendation from a friend and they did not disappoint. So when I got into yet another accident two weeks ago, I knew immediately where I was going. I'm very particular with my car and each time, it came back to me as good as new.

I took my car in after minor damage and surprised what a difference it made! Every detail was covered and restored. They do top quality work and are prompt!! I will recommend them to my friends. Also honest!!

I was extremely pleased with Donna's team at Nu Way. I was impressed with how clean the shop and office were. The cars to be repaired were neatly parked out front. There were no swim suit calendars, etc... these all tell me that they are focused on their work.

They even picked up my car since I was sick. It was done on time. And my car looks GREAT. The price was great. I have no reservations in recommending them to all of my friends.

I more than agree with the 2 other reviews. These Ladies nailed it. I have always taken my cars to George and have know recommended multiple friends to follow suit. If you need it done right by a fair and honest provider, this is the place. They deal with all you Insurance nightmares and you just get your car back better than you ever imagined.

They are so nice and friendly, I have a Honda Civic and the brake lights kept on while the car was off, they fixed it for me for free, thank you so much guys

We recently took our 2016 Toyota Prius to Nu Way Car Center and they did an excellent job on our front end collision work. They are a family owned business and have been serving the Arlington community honorably for many years.

This auto body shop is the best there is…anywhere!  My family has been going here for years, and they will never rip you off.  The owners, George and Donna, are great, honest people, and I cannot recommend this place enough.  I don’t know them personally, only from my family’s many car accidents, and all our interactions with them have been pleasant and painless, which is pretty amazing considering that I only see them after a car accident.

They’re always candid about what needs to be done, and have even fixed little things they saw wrong when I brought the car in for body work, like a previously broken lock or cracked hubcap without me even mentioning it.

The shop looks like a little hole in the wall kind of place, but they’re very professional.

Absolutely love this place and the owners. I wouldn't dare go anywhere else for auto body repair. Very professional establishment. Top notch repairs done expeditiously.

From the first time I entered this shop I felt welcomed and that my car was their top priority. If you want to have peace of mind know you and your car are in great hands down this is the place to go. They will work around your schedule to help you drop off and pick up your car. My mother and I were highly impressed with Nu Way from the first meeting where my mother asked for a rough repair estimate from photos of the damage to my candy apple red '95 Mustang GT Convertible after failure of a pulley for the Serpentine belt caused loss of control and the car plowed into the side of a Blue Bell ice cream truck! Other repair shops would not estimate unless the car towed there first and even refused to estimate after the insurance company said they wanted to total it. George was gracious and professional from the outset, showing other classics they had in shop, explaining what they were doing, and he even drove his own classic Mustang the day I went with my mom to check out the shop to see their work on classics. George provided an estimate sight unseen from the photos, then arranged to have the car towed, and provided a subsequent supplemental estimate of the additional refurb work I wanted to have completed. George and team were always cordial to my Mom when she stopped by to check progress on "Baby" for me when I was at work. From start to finish, Nu Way's team provided very professional service and treated my car with the excellent care and experience needed to repair the damage and refurb her to the "like new" quality I wanted, and at the price estimated! Thanks again George, Donna and team Nu Way!

HONEST. They fixed the problem with clutch pedal and fixed two other problems they found at no additional charge. My family has been using their service for years. They do great work at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

I have taken my car to Nu Way twice now, and will be bringing it back again for something else. The service is exceptional and prompt. George is great, has helped me save money without compromising the quality of the job. I recommend Nu Way to anyone who needs collision damage repaired, and he has also done minor mechanical work for me also(rotors, ball bearings, etc).

My car was hit while parked. They fixed it and it looks as good as new. Thank you for the great work.

I want to thank George and Donna for their enduring commitment to quality, honesty, integrity and customer service. They've been repairing my vehicles for over 10 years so this review is long past due. Recently, our Toyota Sienna was involved in back-to-back accidents within a two week period. Because of the overlapping nature of the damages and other delays on the part of the insurance company the repairs took longer than expected. Donna kept me in the loop and stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process.  The resulting top-quality workmanship has given me something to smile about.

Today I contacted Donna after discovering that the van's heater wasn't working. They gladly offered to see me this afternoon and spent over an hour checking under the hood and diagnosing the problem. Within short order, George found a radiator leak and faulty repair done a few months ago by one of those national chain stores. Thankfully, he caught the issue in time before our family got stranded by the side of the road or the engine got damaged. George kindly spent time on the phone with the other shop explaining his findings. I sent over photos and without delay the other shop agreed to pay for the repair and towed my vehicle. I would have preferred to have Nu Way fix the botched repair, but under the circumstances I reluctantly allowed my van to be taken back to the original repair shop. I offered to compensate George for all the time he spent helping me today, but he declined. Although I was not happy to find out about the other shop's mess up, the great thing is that I now know Nu Way also services brakes, struts, radiators, condensers, and timing belts. I will be sure to contact them first next time the need arises.

On another occasion several years ago, I took the same van to Nu Way because I was having issues with one of the automatic sliding doors. After taking a look at it, George recommended that I contact Toyota because it seemed like something they should cover even though my warranty was long over. Nu Way could have made money off the repair, but instead George chose to do the right thing and sent me on my way. As it turned out, sometime later Toyota issued a recall on that door mechanism and I was able to get it fixed at no charge.
